This is Vikanys’s institutional policy. On this version of the website, contact takes place through email, WhatsApp and external scheduling links; no data-collection form, LinkedIn integration or Google Analytics is active.

1. Who We Are

Vikanys Consultoria Tecnológica (“Vikanys”) specializes in strategic AI implementation for businesses and is based in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. This Policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal information of people who interact with our digital services.

Full name, role and company

Email and phone/WhatsApp

LinkedIn professional profile data, with OAuth authorization

Browsing data: IP address, browser and pages visited, via Google Analytics

Messages sent through forms, WhatsApp or email

3. Purposes of Processing

Providing contracted consulting services

Sending communications and informational content, with consent

Publishing content through LinkedIn API integration

Continuously improving our services and digital channels

Meeting legal and contractual obligations

4. Legal Basis (Brazilian LGPD — Law 13,709/2018)

Performance of a contract (Art. 7, V): service delivery

Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): browsing analysis

5. Data Sharing

Vikanys does not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared with:

LinkedIn Corporation: OAuth 2.0 and LinkedIn API integration

Google LLC: traffic analysis via Google Analytics, using anonymized data

Technology and infrastructure service providers

Public authorities, when required by law or court order

6. LinkedIn API Integration

Vikanys uses the official LinkedIn API to publish content on its institutional profile. This integration:

Requires explicit authorization through OAuth 2.0

Accesses only name, profile photo, email and publishing permission (w_member_social)

Does not store LinkedIn credentials

Uses temporary tokens (60 days), revocable at any time

Fully follows LinkedIn API usage policies

7. Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure servers in Brazil or in countries with an adequate level of protection. We adopt TLS/SSL encryption, authenticated access control and API tokens with the minimum necessary scope.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by law. After the relationship ends or consent is withdrawn, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

9. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time.
